Implement Guest Experience strategy which includes building and oversight of teams serving in the areas of: Parking/Shuttle, Greeting, Check-in, Guest Hub, New Family Registrations, Welcome/Info Table, Ushers, Communion, Café, and Environments. Establish Guest Experience guidelines that include creating volunteer responsibilities, recruitment, onboarding, training, and caring for Guest Experience team members and Ministry Associates.
