The Volunteer Manager seeks to understand volunteers’ interests, skills, and passions and helps connect them with opportunities that create meaningful impact for students, educators, and the volunteers themselves, while also providing administrative and logistical support for program teams, volunteer activities, and recognition efforts throughout the year. Working under the direction of the Director of Community Engagement, this role helps cultivate a welcoming, relationship-centered volunteer experience in which volunteers feel valued, supported, appreciated, and meaningfully connected to the organization’s mission.
