Maintain leadership accountability for the Liberty Lounge operation, including supervisory coverage, volunteer preparedness, consistent service, operating coordination, and a welcoming experience for active-duty, veteran, and retired military members and their families. Direct the Analyst, Guest Experience and Volunteer Programs in maintaining routine metric reviews, preparing summaries, distinguishing one-time incidents from recurring conditions, and identifying data signals that may require service recovery or further investigation.
