Volunteer Shifts – 2 Shifts Per Day • Morning Shift: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM • Afternoon Shift: 12:30 PM – 5:30 PM (30-minute overlap for smooth transition) On the signup form, volunteers should select: • Preferred shift time(s) • Preferred role(s) • Days available (Dec 8, 9, 10). We are seeking volunteers to assist with morning setup, check-in, session guidance, giveaway distribution, vendor support, and end-of-day breakdown.
