Skills & Qualifications: 8-12 years of progressively responsible project controls, cost engineering, scheduling, or program management experience in construction, infrastructure, large-scale development, or corporate real estate environments is required; BA/BS in Construction Management, Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Architecture, Finance, or related field is required; Master''s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, Real Estate Development, or related discipline is preferred; Experience leading project controls for mega-scale, multi-building campus developments, mixed-use developments, infrastructure programs, data centers, healthcare, or similarly complex capital programs is strongly preferred; Demonstrated experience developing and managing integrated master schedules and cost forecasts for projects with multiple concurrent design, procurement, and construction workstreams is required; Experience with Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, cost management systems, business intelligence dashboards, and advanced Excel-based analysis is required; Industry certifications such as PSP, CCP, PMP, CCM, P.E., PMI-SP, AACE EVP, LEED, or MCR are desirable; Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present complex project controls information to executive audiences; Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
