Examples of specialized experience would typically include, but are not limited to: experience with personnel management, budget management, contracts, and office administration; providing advice and assistance to managers and staff regarding processes; supervisory experience to include performance reviews; experience in clinic profile management to include set up and structure of clinic/provider profiles, adjusting existing profiles and, inactivating and canceling clinic availability; written and oral communication; experience establishing communication plans that identify a target audience; and experience as a certified contracting officer representative. Knowledge of VA and Healthcare System computer systems, including the Veterans Health Information Systems and Technology Architecture, Scheduling Program and the Computerized Patient Record System, as well as advanced knowledge of automated word processing, database management, spreadsheet, presentation, and other software packages sufficient to effectively exploit the capability of existing equipment and programs.
