As well as help clean, store and maintain equipment and supplies; assist with volunteer orientation and supervision; accompany residents to functions within the community; assess and refer signs/symptoms of abuse; complete initial assessments within timeframe designated by policy and regulations; documents activities offered to residents and their participation therein; charts residents' progress or changes in participation; responds to immediate resident needs; provide safe environment for residents, perform as resource for nursing staff; have knowledge of all dietary requirements for all residents; assist with feeding residents; perform personal shopping for residents, drive Activity bus or van as needed.
