Directs the day-to-day activities of Material Handlers and Drivers in all or some warehouse functions such as receiving, inbound PO reconciliation, inventory control, cycle counting, picking, packing, shipping, customer deliveries, fleet management, and/or other warehouse operations to ensure that customers receive the Right Product, at the Right Time, and in the Right Condition, in a clean, safe, and productive environment. Assists in resolving receiving-related exceptions and discrepancies by: researching receipt problems; serving as liaison between parties to determine how to handle discrepancies; and monitoring problem receipts to ensure return authorizations are received in a timely manner.
