This position includes multiple direct within their respective HUB(s) (Clinic Advisors, Vet Assistants, and Clinic Leads) with daily responsibilities that include recruiting, interviewing, hiring, training, mentoring/coaching, assignment delegation, partnering store support resources personnel for business operations needs and partnering with Human Resources on discipline up to and including termination. We are 29,000+ strong and together we nurture the pet-human bond in more than 1,500 Petco stores across the U.S., Mexico and Puerto Rico, 250+ Vetco Total Care hospitals, hundreds of preventive care clinics and eight distribution centers.
