The CAMP Director provides strategic and operational leadership for Weber State University's CAMP program, an applied innovation and workforce initiative that connects technical needs identified by Hill Air Force Base and the Ogden Air Logistics Complex with university faculty, students, facilities, Utah educational institutions, 47G, and industry partners. The Director manages the overall project portfolio, translates partner needs into clearly defined projects, establishes schedules and accountability, monitors budgets and deliverables, coordinates partner communication, promotes and directs academic collaborations,and prepares required state, university and sponsor reports.
