Key areas of focus include vehicle camera systems (“dash cams”), driver coaching and recognition, driver training and qualification, driver training and communications, supervisor training and development, vehicle incident investigations, periodic reporting, use of data and analytics, and innovations that improve driver performance. While this is an office-based position, it could require occasional field visits with exposure to outdoor conditions that include inclement weather, heat and humidity, freezing temperatures, uneven terrain, and exposure to poisonous plants, insects, animals, and allergens.
