The Office of Fraternity & Sorority Life strives to enhance the quality of student life at the University of Oregon by empowering members of the Greek community through advising with a developmental approach, educating with a purpose, collaborating with stakeholders, promoting academic success, encouraging civic responsibility, advocating for healthy lifestyles, creating lifelong connections, and advancing values-based leadership and decision making. As a member of the administrative team of Fraternity & Sorority Life, the Assistant Director for Fraternity & Sorority Life will meet and work regularly with other FSL staff, cultivate strategic relationships on and off campus, represent FSL on division and campus-level committees, and serve as a resource to campus constituents (faculty, staff, and students).
