Communication (Internal and External) : Greet guests and respond appropriately to guests’ questions, comments, or concerns in a friendly, professional, and informed manner; Monitor unauthorized persons and loitering in or around the parking lots and notify Dispatch and/ or management of suspicious persons or activities; Communicate with the Security Department by radio contact as needed following Zoo radio etiquette and protocol at all times; and, Contact an appropriate Security staff member necessary to resolve security issues by radio contact as needed to communicate information.
