Candidates must be able to communicate effectively and clearly, both verbally and in writing, with customers and coworkers about repairs and service needs and must have a positive attitude, professional appearance, great communication skills, and the ability to deliver world class customer service. He or she inspects vehicles for needed maintenance and repairs and communicates needs to the Service Adviser, follows all diagnostic rules as prescribed by Toyota and best practices, and verifies that repairs have been completed using test drives and proper diagnostic equipment.
