What You Bring: • Bachelor's Degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering required • Minimum of 4 years of discipline-specific engineering experience required • Water/wastewater and/or municipal engineering experience preferred • Professional Engineer (PE) license required • Advanced proficiency in engineering, computational, and modeling software (Revit, AutoCAD, MicroStation, etc.), as well as Microsoft Office • Strong knowledge of QA/QC procedures, business practices, and engineering laws • Proven leadership skills and ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Participation in professional engineering societies/organizations preferred. What Youll Do: • Provide advanced judgement and analysis techniques to complete complex engineering designs, technical reports, specifications, and contract documents for water and wastewater projects • Plan, schedule, and coordinate detailed phases of projects with other engineering disciplines and project management staff • Monitor project progress and performance to ensure efficient production and minimize issues in vital water infrastructure • Complete projects within budget and scheduling constraints, supporting sustainable and cost-effective solutions • Provide guidance and technical review for junior engineering staff.
