5 or more years of hands-on accounting experience, including month-end close and preparing financial statements Experience as the sole or lead accountant at a small to mid-size business is a big plus Strong command of payroll, accounts payable, benefits, garnishments, and compliance Advanced QuickBooks skills. You'll work closely with our project managers, operations team, and leadership -- and you'll be our main point of contact with our outside CPA firm, which will shift from doing our books to reviewing them as this role grows.
