The team is currently supporting major U.S. solar construction initiatives.</div><hr/><div><strong>Position Summary</strong></div><div>Reporting to the Chief Timekeeper, the <strong>Finance & Accounting Support (Project Timekeeper)</strong> will perform timekeeping and craft payroll functions for active construction projects.</div><div>This role requires strong attention to detail, confidentiality, ethical workplace practices, and a customer-service mindset. The timekeeping team works in alignment with craft professionals’ schedules, requiring flexibility and consistent on-site presence.</div><hr/><div><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></div><ul><li><div>Coordinate with Labor Relations to input payroll data into timekeeping systems</div></li><li><div>Perform data entry for new hires, terminations, rate/classification changes, and payroll updates</div></li><li><div>Onboard new hires and manage badging for all site personnel</div></li><li><div>Verify daily craft attendance using electronic timekeeping systems (eTrack)</div></li><li><div>Review, reconcile, and export daily time records</div></li><li><div>Maintain and troubleshoot time clocks and replacement badging</div></li><li><div>Generate and distribute daily/weekly reports (force reports, attendance infractions, timesheet completion)</div></li><li><div>Sort, validate, and distribute weekly payroll checks and direct deposit slips</div></li><li><div>Process time-off requests and daily call-ins</div></li><li><div>Maintain employee files and support records retention compliance</div></li><li><div>Support crew timesheet maintenance per construction supervision</div></li><li><div>Perform gate watch duties (badge scanning)</div></li><li><div>Provide payroll-related customer service to craft professionals</div></li><li><div>Support additional finance and accounting tasks as assigned</div></li></ul><hr/><div><strong>Required Qualifications</strong></div><ul><li><div>1–2 years of timekeeping or payroll experience</div></li><li><div>Bilingual in Spanish and English (required)</div></li><li><div>Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)</div></li><li><div>Strong customer service orientation</div></li><li><div>Excellent time management and organizational skills</div></li><li><div>Strong analytical skills with the ability to resolve routine issues independently</div></li><li><div>Ability to work flexible hours including overtime, weekends, and holidays</div></li></ul><hr/><div><strong>Core Competencies</strong></div><ul><li><div>Construction Payroll Administration</div></li><li><div>Craft Timekeeping Systems (eTrack)</div></li><li><div>Data Entry & Payroll Reconciliation</div></li><li><div>Employee Onboarding & Badging</div></li><li><div>Reporting & Documentation</div></li><li><div>Customer Service in Field Environments</div></li></ul><hr/><div>Benefits</div><ul><li><div>Medical, Vision, and Dental Insurance Plans</div></li><li><div>401k Retirement Fund</div></li></ul><hr/><div>About The Company</div><div>Trusted engineering, construction, and project management partner serving Energy, Infrastructure, Manufacturing & Technology, Mining & Metals, and Nuclear, Security & Environmental sectors.
