establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with co-workers, supervisors, managers, other Disability Determination Services (DDS), Health & Human Services (HHS), Social Security Administration (SSA) employees and the public. Advise and provide management of any budget variances and issues that impact monthly, quarterly, and annual obligation reports, spending plans, encumbrance reports, cost allocation, state and SSA performance reports and provide resolution for corrective actions.
