Builds and maintains ongoing relationships with Chicago Cook Workforce Partnership (CCWP), Illinois Department of Commerce & Economic Opportunity (DCEO), social service agencies, municipalities, educational institutions, vocational training programs, employers, supportive service providers, auditors, and all other internal and external partners. Under supervision of the Vice President, the Senior Program Manager (Career Connections-WIOA) is responsible for the operations, including implementation, coordination, and evaluation of services provided for grant-funded WIOA program (Youth, Adult and Dislocated Worker) participants including career assessment/coaching, job preparation, placement and academic enrichment.
