The position directly supervises managers who manage key functions such as vendor contracts and payments, mail distribution, office‑supply procurement, law‑library maintenance, and leads administrative budgeting, vendor and contract governance, cross‑functional coordination with IT, Finance, HR, Procurement, Facilities, and supports department‑wide modernization initiatives such as process redesign, workflow automation, and AI‑enabled improvements where possible.
