Recognizes and reports all allegations of Resident abuse, neglect, exploitation, social media exposure, and/or misappropriation of Resident property to the Director of Vista Terrace, the Wellness Nurse Managers, or the Nursing Supervisor and supports the investigation as needed. Ensures resident care needs are met through effective communication with the management team, timely response to resident requests and PERS alarms, and consistent shift-to-shift communication.
