The Dean will be expected to lead with innovation and vision, supporting programs that prepare students for a rapidly changing workforce shaped by artificial intelligence, automation, virtual and augmented reality, immersive learning environments, digital design, cybersecurity, data analytics, entrepreneurship, and emerging creative technologies. Leads division-wide efforts to thoughtfully and responsibly integrate artificial intelligence and emerging technologies into curriculum, assignments, classroom practices, student projects, creative production, and workforce preparation, ensuring faculty are supported and students are prepared for AI-augmented careers.
