Designs, delivers and tracks training regarding the drug and alcohol testing program, policies and procedures; interprets program guidelines and provides training and support regarding program requirements to managers, supervisors and employees. Maintain random pool for safety-sensitive employees and coordinate with safety-sensitive personnel leadership of random testing; maintains strict confidentiality, and dignity of employees being tested.
