Monitors individual pipeline of applications that are placed into processing while preparing and providing production and status reports and documents as required or requested by the Business Banking Services, Manager or the Vice President of Commercial Lending and Business Services.

Come be part of a thriving team! The Business Banking Officer works with new and existing business members by developing and adding value to their business relationship with the Credit Union. Under minimal supervision and in accordance with Credit Union policies and procedures, the business banking officer will proactively interact with both internal and external members to identify sales opportunities, make referrals to appropriate sales partners including but not limited to internal team members and third party vendors. They are to meet or exceed established sales and service goals and standards based on Logix guidelines. Consistently provides “wow” level service to internal and external customers and demonstrates a positive attitude to build new and maintain existing relationships.

Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Develops relationships with new and existing business members, brokers, and other referral sources for the purpose of increasing loan business.</li><li>Evaluates business member needs and offers the appropriate Credit Union products.</li><li>Achieves annual deposit, cash management and loan origination goals as established by Business Banking Services, Manager.</li><li>Travels to and works at assigned branches up to 5 days a week.</li><li>Works with assigned branch management and branch team members to source, secure, and acquire new business deposits deposit and lending relationships for the Credit Union.</li><li>Educates branch team members on Business Services products and services offering along with various Business Services processes.</li><li>Analyzes bank statement to identify a prospective business member’s needs to effectively recommend products and services.</li><li>Cross-sells and refers other CU products as appropriate and introduces new borrowers to the Branch Sales Manager of the retail branch most convenient to the business member’s business address for establishment to provide cross selling opportunity of LFCU products and services.</li><li>Responds to inquiries from various channels including but not limited to Synapsys Service Events, e-mail, phone, etc.</li><li>Conducts business place of observation (site visits) for both operations and sales activities.</li><li>Learns and maintains a thorough working knowledge and ensures adherence to all new and existing regulatory compliance, Credit Union policies and procedures, operation and program changes.</li><li>Attends and participates in meetings with both internal and external team members as required.</li><li>Consistently provides “wow” level service to internal and external customers.</li><li>Consistently demonstrates effective and appropriate verbal and written communication skills.</li><li>Ensures all files and data input meet operational, compliance and regulatory guidelines.</li><li>Prepares all necessary correspondence including all business services documentation, disclosures, member correspondence, etc. if necessary.</li><li>Monitors individual pipeline of applications that are placed into processing while preparing and providing production and status reports and documents as required or requested by the Business Banking Services, Manager or the Vice President of Commercial Lending and Business Services.</li><li>Provides ad-hoc status written and/or verbal status reports on member interactions and overall deposit and lending pipeline of applications.</li><li>Assists with the evaluation of current application procedures and workflow changes and with the implementation of those changes as requested.</li><li>Assists borrowers with problems or questions regarding lending services.</li><li>Establishes a close working relationship with loan processors, underwriters and Business Services team members to ensure efficient flow of applications and member service.</li><li>Stays informed of competitor programs as well as external market trends relating to deposit and lending products and services.</li><li>Collaborates with other departments and vendor on the implementation of upgrades and/or changes to existing products and services line up.</li><li>Accommodates needs of business member and/or business borrower (i.e. meet at their business location, be available during weekends or evening, community events, etc.)</li><li>Attends public functions involving professional organizations and associations to promote Business Banking suite of products and services.</li><li>Participates in promotions, activities and other campaigns as requested.</li><li>Attends Logix sponsored community events and represents Logix Business Services by engaging with community organizations, prospective members and event attendees.</li></ul>

Qualifications:

Bicycle Health addresses this gap by maximizing accessibility, affordability, and overall quality of care by enabling highly qualified clinicians to reach patients broadly and efficiently through our online platform.</div>The Part TimePatientAccess Provider is an addiction medicine Nurse Practitioner, a clinical position with responsibility for the initial intake and induction of patients under care primarily for opioid use disorder. The Advanced Practice Clinician will assess new patients presenting for telemedicine-based care of opioid use disorder, determine appropriateness of enrollment in our care setting, and oversee their transfer to another provider for continuity of care. At times, the clinician may be asked to help cover patients receiving maintenance care should an acute need arise. The Part TimePatientAccess Provider role is to aid in low-barrier, quick access to addiction medicine evaluation and treatment.Note: to be considered for this role you must have at least ONE of the following state licenses: CA, TX, MI, FL, AZ, or COWhat You Can Expect:   Choose your days - You have the flexibility to select which days you work, with the expectation that your schedule remains consistent each week.  Choose your shifts - Choose 2, 3, or 4 hour shifts Choose your start time - Shifts are always in the evening and you can start anytime between 4pm-6pm in your timezone during the week. Location Flexibility - Work from home and work from anywhere in your state (subject to change depending on regulations) No Call - Our Access Providers do not participate in the on-call rotationTarget Pay Range: $70-$78/per hour -  Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data. Benefits: <ul><li>Accrued sick time</li><li>$50 monthly Remote Work Stipend</li><li>All equipment provided</li><li>All licensing and credentialing costs paid</li></ul>What you'll Do:<ul><li style="font-weight:bold">Work a minimum of 8 hours per week</li><li>Provide assessment and initial treatment for patients with Opioid Use Disorder.</li><li>Provide diagnosis of Opioid Use Disorder and co-occurring mental health conditions. </li><li>Safely and effectively start treatment with buprenorphine-naloxone for OUD, and manage the early induction and stabilization phases of care with close follow-up.</li><li>Order and interpret labs including drug screens, provide patient counseling, and modify the assessment and care plan based on results.</li><li>Utilize motivational interviewing and other engagement and rapport-building techniques to achieve optimal patient outcomes.</li><li>Monitor your performance, and meet practice and personal clinical quality improvement goals related to patient outcomes, practice standards, and productivity.</li><li>Develop a thorough understanding of practice policies and procedures, and actively participate in feedback and development.</li><li>Develop an understanding of your local and regional referral resources and utilize them.</li><li>Utilize a suite of web-based platforms to manage patient care and collaborate with your team.</li><li>Engage in collaborative and/or supervisory practice agreements with Bicycle Health Physicians, and fulfill all obligations of these agreements to maintain practice compliance and quality.</li><li>Continuously work towards obtaining and maintaining full licensure and credentialing statuses within a respective region during employment.</li><li>Adhere to all federal and state laws and regulations concerning patient privacy and data security, including HIPAA's Privacy and Security Rules and 42 CFR Part 2.</li><li>Regular and predictable attendance is required.</li><li>Participation in testing and/or piloting new technologies or workflows</li><li>All other duties as assigned.</li></ul>What you'll Need:<ul><li>We are currently only considering Nurse Practitioners for this role.</li><li>You must have at least ONE of the following state licenses: CA, TX, MI, FL, AZ, or CO & DEA license in your home state. Must be eligible and willing to obtain licenses in multiple states. </li><li>Meet at least one of these clinical requirements:
<ul><li>1 year of experience as a provider delivering high-volume buprenorphine inductions, preferably in a telehealth environment.
