Support Elementary Planning: Work closely with the Elementary Principal in Training, CAO, CEO, and/or other members of the THA Senior Leadership Team to support in planning and preparation for the THA Elementary School in alignment with the Tulsa Honor Academy Mission and Vision, adopting best practices as observed in selected national high-performing charter schools. During this year, the Elementary Assistant Principal in Training will engage in applied practice to observe and become proficient in the responsibilities and skills of a THA school leader overseeing multiple function areas on a small leadership team.
