Working knowledge of and be familiar with (a) patient billing practices and guidelines, (b) computerized charge capture programs and fee schedule compilation related to Perioperative supplies and services, (c) purchasing, materials management, and inventory management in the perioperative environment, and (d) reprocessing and sterilization of surgical instruments and equipment, as related to inventory / asset management. The Manager of Perioperative Business Analytics works in collaboration with Nursing Directors, Surgical Directors, Chairs of Surgery and Anesthesiology, as well as System Supply Chain, Sterile Processing, Patient Access, Finance, to support operational related and strategic planning and process improvements.
