MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES: Assist the Director in managing all aspects of operations including event conversion, building and grounds maintenance, audio/visual services, ice maintenance, seat maintenance, painting, carpentry, event ops staffing, chair and table setups. Under general supervision of the Director of Operations, the Operations Manager is responsible for the daily activities required to run, maintain, and service the facilities and the events by performing the following duties personally or through subordinate team members.
