Oversee the day-to-day operations within both outbound and inbound departments, including order picking, consolidation, packing, loading, and coordination of ground shipping and common carrier shipments, replenishment, inventory control, and put away. This role collaborates closely with other department leaders and shift management to maintain compliance with all protocols and SOPs, resolve operational challenges, and foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and excellence.
