PLANNING & ORGANIZING (Novice): Demonstrates ability to anticipate basic resource needs, identify discrete tasks, participates in goal setting, define dependencies, schedule activities, meet deadlines, and organize work for own assignments and responsibilities. We are seeking compassionate, patient-focused Care Partners (Nursing Assistants) to provide hands-on patient care and support clinical procedures, including blood draws, Foley catheter care, specimen collection, and other bedside responsibilities.
