Position requires 2 years of experience in each of the following: Researching user reported issues with software systems, identifying root causes and resolutions, and implementing fixes, utilizing Jira for issue tracking, data analysis, and Agile methodology; Tracking implementation defects, coordinating defect resolution efforts, and documenting resolution details, utilizing Jira and Confluence; Developing functional specifications for custom development and interface with external systems screen layouts, navigation flows, logic diagrams, data models, and process models, utilizing Microsoft (MS) Word, SharePoint, and Confluence; Working across all phases of the Waterfall and Agile Software development lifecycle to design, develop, test and implement commerce applications for enterprise-level clients; Interfacing directly with client stakeholders to gather, analyze, and translate functional and technical requirements into project designs to deliver solutions that fully meet client needs by utilizing requirement analysis techniques, conducting workshops and interviews, document analysis using MS Word and PowerPoint, and creating Epics and user stories; Tracking and reporting on project and milestone deliverables status to ensure timely project delivery and communicating updates to internal and external stakeholders, utilizing Confluence, MS PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Teams; and. Analyzing and documenting current-state systems, processes and environments to support project design of future-state/to-be systems, processes and environments, utilizing Process Mapping flowcharts, Gap Analysis, and workflow modeling within Scaled Agile (SAFe) framework.
