Technology Skills: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be proficient in operating a computer, having knowledge of word processing software, spreadsheet software, and project management software, to include Quire and AssetCalc, Microsoft Suite and business specific software and other project specific applications. Reviews available previous assessment reports, historical and regulatory records for the property and for the surrounding area and reports data in accordance with ASTM criteria and client's scope of work, making all reasonable efforts to identify the historical use of the property and surrounding properties using their specialized knowledge.
