This position serves as a technical resource during all phases of construction, collaborating with project managers, contractors, architects, engineers, operations, quality, EH&S, and facility teams to resolve engineering and construction challenges while ensuring successful project delivery. Conduct site inspections to verify work quality, safety compliance, and adherence to approved designs and specifications; identify and resolve technical issues, construction conflicts, and field design changes.
