Knowledge of materials, methods, and processes entering into the installation of electrical systems in major industrial building and wastewater pumping and treatment facility construction; electrical Safety Orders of the Division of Occupational Safety and Health and rules for Overhead Line Construction of the Public Utilities Commission; methods and procedures for testing the performance of electrical systems in buildings and industrial facilities; service connection requirements of the public utilities servicing the area; principles of effective supervision. Perform plan reviews and field inspections of electrical infrastructure, including but not limited to, motor control centers, variable frequency drivers, pumps, blowers, lighting, HVAC equipment, duct banks, pull boxes, fiber and communications, poles, cabinets, controllers, etc.
