Reports issues to Hotel Services leadership.  </li><li>Responsible for ensuring compliance with all regulatory compliance within area of responsibility and reporting potential issues to management.</li><li>Maintains strict confidentiality in all departmental and company matters.</li></ul>Hotel Services Representative <ul><li style="margin-bottom:0in">Assigns and assists guests with hotel room reservations and arrivals.</li><li style="margin-bottom:0in">Provides friendly, professional, & efficient service to guests during check-in, check-out, and throughout their stay.</li><li style="margin-bottom:0in">Assists guests with hotel reservations, questions, and concerns, ensuring problems are resolved promptly.</li><li style="margin-bottom:0in">Processes payments, verifies identification, and ensures accurate account posting in accordance with established guidelines. </li><li style="margin-bottom:0in">Delivers items to guest rooms as needed included but not limited to @Your Door orders, sundry items, etc. </li><li style="margin-bottom:0in">Notifies Hotel Services leadership of guest issues, maintenance concerns, or policy violations.</li><li style="margin-bottom:0in">Answers phones, responds to inquiries, and performs clerical duties as assigned.</li></ul> RV Part Attendant:<ul><li>Assigns and assists guests with RV park site reservations and arrivals.</li><li>Collects and accounts for all RV site revenue in compliance with company policies.</li><li>Provides friendly, professional, & efficient service to guests during check-in, check-out, and throughout their stay.</li><li>Responsible for accurately completing web check ins for hotel and RV park arrivals.</li><li>Answers phones, responds to inquiries, and performs clerical duties as assigned.</li><li>Responsible for inspecting RV Park and all related amenities. Submits an IT or Maintenance ticket for applicable issue(s) and reports issues to Hotel Services leadership. </li><li>Ensures RV Park is always neat and guest ready. Notifies Hotel Services leadership of guest issues, maintenance concerns, or policy violations.</li></ul>
