As a member of cross-functional program teams, design and build a wide range of learning assets from approved program outlines across multiple concurrent programs, including e-learnings, instructor-led trainings (virtual and in-person), blended experiences, simulations, videos, assessments, practice activities, performance support tools, and job aids aligned to measurable outcomes. Success in this role is measured by the quality, accessibility, and instructional effectiveness of learning assets delivered, the strength of cross-functional collaboration and relationships built across program teams, the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects while maintaining attention to detail, and leveraging AI-enabled workflows to improve design efficiency and output quality.
