This role partners closely with the Manager, Floor Operations and interdisciplinary team to promote a safe, therapeutic, and efficient unit environment, ensure consistent staff performance, support patient engagement, and reinforce adherence to established clinical, safety, and operational expectations. Coaches, leads, and supports Behavioral Health Specialist staff during assigned shifts by providing real-time guidance, reinforcing performance expectations, and modeling effective patient engagement, safety, and milieu management practices.
