Lead fun soccer sessions for children ages 18 months through 8 years • Use our structured curriculum to create an age-appropriate experience • Set up and break down fields, goals, and equipment • Teach basic skills through games, movement, and play • Support basketball and enrichment programming as assigned • Model teamwork, confidence, respect, and responsibility • Create a safe, welcoming, and high-energy environment • Communicate professionally with families, schools, and partners. • Weekday substitute coaching: +$4 per coaching hour • Weekend coaching: +$6 per coaching hour • Office or administrative work: $15 per hour • Maximum substitute rates: Lead Coach $46, Head Coach $50, Program Lead $54 per coaching hour.
