This role partners closely with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary teams to remove barriers to care, enhance communication, and create a welcoming, compassionate patient experience while supporting efficient department operations. The Emergency Department (ED) Patient Relations Liaison serves as the primary point of contact for patients and families, providing proactive support, communication, and service recovery throughout the Emergency Department.
