Assesses seniors/clients assigned to him/her in regard to physical, mental and psychosocial status, reporting condition changes in a timely manner to immediate supervisor and provides follow-up with family and physician as directed. When applicable, assists in teaching the Senior/client and/or caregiver the necessary skills to allow the Senior/client to return to his/her home.

They are also visible in our libraries as they accurately shelve materials to be readily accessible by staff and customers, pull items to fill customer hold requests, and perform various collection maintenance tasks such as inventory, accurate relocation of mis-shelved items, organizing materials, and pulling assigned materials for removal from the collection. Examples of work performed: Shelves materials efficiently, performs shelf reading, checks in materials, empties bookdrops and sorts materials, assists with collection maintenance such as shifting, search lists, inventories, weeding.

In this position you will be responsible for: General cleaning of our clinical areas, including restrooms and common areas, consisting of: spot cleaning, mopping, sanitizing, trash removal).
