This is a premium weekend role designed for stylists who want: Consistent, high-volume days Strong earning potential A fun, supportive team culture Flexibility during the week **Opportunity to move to full time or more hours if desired** ‍️ What You’ll Do:     •    Deliver signature Blo blowouts and styling services     •    Provide exceptional consultations and personalized finishes     •    Recommend retail + add-ons that enhance the guest experience     •    Create a “pink carpet” experience for every client     •    Work efficiently while maintaining quality (45-min blowout standard) Why This Role is Different: This isn’t just part-time — it’s high-impact shifts.
