Your primary goal is to help clients reach their fitness objectives. The ideal candidate is a great teacher with a passion for fitness. We are looking for someone who can work independently, is highly responsible, and dedicated to their role!   Responsibilities  <ul><li>Create individualization to workouts according to client needs when needed</li><li>Expertly coach Small group training sessions of 6 people max</li><li>Ensure that all gym safety standards and procedures are followed</li><li>Cover sessions if another trainer is unavailable </li></ul> Qualifications <ul><li>High school diploma/GED required</li><li>At least 5 years of experience as a personal trainer or fitness instructor certification</li><li>Knowledge of physiology, exercise technique, and body mechanics </li><li>First aid and CPR-certified</li><li>Positive, motivating, and effective interpersonal communication skills</li><li>Excellent organizational and time management skills</li><li>Independent and responsible</li></ul>

Responsibilities:
Essential Functions:<ul style="margin-top:0;margin-bottom:0"><li style="font-size:11pt;font-family:'arial';color:#000000;font-weight:400">Delivering exceptional care to the dedicated client in their home</li><li style="font-size:11pt;font-family:'arial';color:#000000;font-weight:400">Help execute comprehensive personalized weekly schedules and care plans </li><li style="font-size:11pt;font-family:'arial';color:#000000;font-weight:400">Complete daily tasks in a safe and professional manner (ADLs)</li><li style="font-size:11pt;font-family:'arial';color:#000000;font-weight:400">Supply personal companionship, remaining actively engaged with each client by providing ongoing social & emotional support</li><li style="font-size:11pt;font-family:'arial';color:#000000;font-weight:400">Assist with personal care activities to include personal hygiene, mobility assistance, incontinence care, light housekeeping, feeding and meal preparation</li><li style="font-size:11pt;font-family:'arial';color:#000000;font-weight:400">Keep order, safety and client enjoyment top of mind at all times</li><li style="font-size:11pt;font-family:'arial';color:#000000;font-weight:400">Administrative functions such as documentation of completion of tasks and report changes in the client’s physical condition, mental capability or behavior</li></ul>

Qualifications:
