Supports the Engineering Tech 2 in performing a broad range of duties related to preventative maintenance, installation, and troubleshooting of all mechanical, plumbing, electrical, and locking equipment including boilers, commercial refrigeration units, commercial air handlers, and HVAC systems, central plant equipment, pumps, generators, air compressors, kitchen equipment, and bar equipment. Requires sufficient hearing and verbal communication ability to effectively communicate with team members, contractors, vendors, and leadership; receive and respond to radio communications, alarms, auditory signals, and emergency notifications; and maintain situational awareness in active operational environments.
