Provide the professional leadership, vision, and expertise needed to establish goals, objectives, priorities, and methodologies for Services programs encompassing business decisions, amusement machines, entertainment, Community Centers, outdoor recreation programs, golf courses, aero clubs, craft centers, and offices.
