p>RESPONSIBILITIES: • Develop and implement dashboards and tools as needed for the environmental health and safety department • Analyze data related to environmental monitoring, incident reports, and safety performance to identify opportunities for data visualization • Collaborate with teams across all sites to solicit feedback on developed systems • Provide training sessions and educational materials to employees on awareness of proper usage of safety applications and visualization platforms • Collaborate with application software teams and/or contractors to create application improvements and manage software development projects to completion • Produce specific metric reports upon request • Identify operational challenges within the organization, lead problem formulation, determine root cause, and implement creative and effective solutions • Communicate effectively with different levels of the organization, including everything from layout reviews with engineers to presentations with leadership.
PREFERRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
• Experience in data analytics, environmental health and safety project management, and/or environmental health and safety coordination • Proficiency with MS office, SQL databases, Excel, and PowerPoint, and Power BI • Attention to detail and commitment to quality • Ability to multi-task, to manage shifting priorities, and to follow through on projects with minimal supervision • Demonstrate innovative and futuristic thinking to drive continuous improvement.
