In addition to codes related to building, fire, electrical, HVAC plumbing, and disaster preparedness, the candidate must have knowledge of the tools, equipment, methods, materials, and skills used in a variety of construction, winter operations and maintenance activities. The facilities maintenance team performs a variety of semiskilled maintenance work on the building and facilities; including maintaining green space in the spring through fall, and snow removal in the winter.
