Performs maintenance and repairs discrepancies noted above such as re-hangs doors; trims sticking doors and windows; replaces broken, split, or rotten interior trim; replaces broken or cracked glass using putty and glaziers points. Uses various hand and power tools/equipment as manual and/or power drills and saws, braces and bits, hammers, chisels, wrenches, screw drivers, key machine, augers, snow blower, etc., in accomplishing stated tasks/jobs.
