Perform HVAC maintenance including ordering materials to replace filters and belts, rinse condensers for efficient operation during warmer months, replace batteries, adjust or program thermostats, and diagnose/fix vacuum leaks in pneumatic tube systems. Conduct minor electrical repairs, including replacing emergency lights, exit signs, batteries, switches, outlets, incandescent and fluorescent bulbs and tubes, ballast, sockets, fuses, minor appliances, cords using proper tools.
