The Facilities Manager is responsible for leading the safe, reliable, and compliant operation of the site’s facility utilities and infrastructure systems, with primary emphasis on ammonia refrigeration, boilers/steam systems, compressed air, HVAC, water systems, wastewater support, building systems, and related utility assets. Manage the operation, maintenance, reliability, and continuous improvement of critical plant utility and facility systems, including ammonia refrigeration, boilers, compressed air, HVAC, water treatment, fire protection, and building infrastructure.
