Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-13 grade level in the Federal service which includes integrating the various technical functions of planning, engineering, construction, real estate, operations & maintenance, contracting and resource management with programs and project management; supervising a team of professional, administrative, technical and clerical staff; and maintaining effective communication with various stakeholders, such as internal management and staff, technical specialists and external management officials, higher headquarters senior level officials, key representatives of customers and project sponsors, and engineering and construction industry officials. FOREIGN EDUCATION: If you are using education completed in foreign colleges or universities to meet the qualification requirements, you must show the education credentials have been evaluated by a private organization that specializes in interpretation of foreign education programs and such education has been deemed equivalent to that gained in an accredited U.S. education program; or full credit has been given for the courses at a U.S. accredited college or university.
