Their primary responsibilities with the additional communities will be to assist in managing execution of daily and weekly tasks, including but not limited to TEL’s, life safety, local regulation needs, and overall facility maintenance. Manage and monitor capex projects at the local level, including gaining bids, managing the PO process, and managing the vendor to ensure quality, on time completion within budget.
